The TB3 LED drywall profile comes as standard in a length of 200 cm, is made of high quality aluminium (anodised). It is designed for LED stripes with a max. width of 14 mm. For a homogeneous and glare-free light line, the flat standard profile cover made of unbreakable and flame-retardant polycarbonate (UL94 V-2 flammability rating - oopal / satin (translucency 65%), clear (translucency 85%) or black/frosted (translucency 25-30%) is clicked into the ALU profile. The covers wings cover the aluminium in the process. The profile is no longer visible.
The profile can be mounted horizontally and vertically with the gypsum boards. (Filling in and plastering possible). The gypsum boards are flush with the profile.
The result is sustainable indirect LED lighting!
Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED stripes are inserted centrally along the groove into the LED profile, glued down, wired and connected to the LED lighting and control systems (LED transformer, LED sequencer, etc.).
