The individual system components can be put together with little effort, simply and quickly using a click-connect system and mounted in an object-friendly way
The P2 LED CONSTRUCTION profile has a particularly narrow design, is designed for LED flexbands with a maximum width of 12 mm, and can be used universally indoors (in connection with the P10 profile and universal cable channel and as independent LED hanging light with wire suspension or as LED lamp fixed with mounting clips / springs). This aluminium profile can also be used for installation specific to the application.
The LED profile covers in opal / satin (translucency 65%), clear (translucency 85%) or black/frosted (translucency 25-30%) are made of shatterproof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (* classification flammability UL94 V-2) and create homogeneous LED lighting conditions with high utilisation of light output.
This LED profile also has a larger heat sink due to its greater internal height compared to the P1 LED CONSTRUCTION profile and can therefore be equipped with stronger LED flexbands without having to forego homogeneous LED light lines (no points of light, but continuous lighting line). Due to its small size and low weight, this profile system is suitable as an ideal LED light source in home and office furniture, home accessories, showcases, shelves and on stairs and of course on walls and ceilings.

Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED strips are inserted centrally along the groove in the LED profile, glued, wired (plastic end caps with cable gland available) and connected to the LED lighting and control technology (LED transformer, LED sequencer, etc.). The LED profile can be clicked directly into the mounting brackets preinstalled on the supporting object or on the building material.
LED light strips can also be attached with double-sided adhesive tape on smooth surfaces. Finally, the corresponding LED profile covers made of polycarbonate are clicked flush.
Recommendation:
For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend the thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile inside with an acetone cleaner.
Use in wet areas or outdoors is only possible in sealed form. Special protection against moisture and water is provided by silicone, which is applied to the joints for sealing purposes. Absolute impermeability to water can be achieved with the LED profile systems by casting with Wepuran casting resin based on polyurethane resin (PUR).
